What you need to know ...

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order as we appreciate all orders equally. Phoenix AZ sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to an Arizona address. Please contact us for any wholesale pricing requests.

Order Cancellations
We are now invoking an Order Cancellation/Change Policy as follows: Any order that is Cancelled/Changed within six (6) hours of Order Date/Time will be free of any restocking fee. Any order Cancelled/Changed after the six (6) hour timeframe will be assessed a Cancellation/Restocking fee of 20%. Please make sure of what you are ordering as it very time-consuming to track/unpack an order after the six (6) hour timeframe.

Shipping
We offer several shipping options. If the cart over-calculates the shipping charges for Parcel Post or Priority Mail, we will offer a Store Credit only. We will offer credits on Parcel Post or Priority Mail orders when the credit is over 50 cents. If the cart under-calculates your shipping charges for your chosen method, you will be billed the correct Shipping Charges.

Shipping Lead Times
Many of our products are custom made to your order - while we'd love to ship everything withing 72 hours, that is often impossible. Most custom orders take aproximately 28 days to process and ship, but we will ship sooner if possible. Please order with sufficient lead time to allow for this. Emergency/rush orders are available on some items. If you have a time sensitive issue, please don't hesitate to write or call us.

Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice, however most of our prices have been stable for the past several years.

Payment Options
Currently, we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Pay-Pal. Payments made by Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check will not be shipped until funds have been received/cleared.

Returned Checks
There is a $25 surcharge applicable to any and all first time Returned Checks. If you issue a check that is returned by the bank, no other checks will be accepted on future orders.

Backorders
If you have ordered an item that is currently not in stock, it will be backordered unless you specify no backorders. Backorders will ship with the next order placed. If you wish backorders shipped as soon as available, an additional shipping charge will be incurred.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we must enforce a NO RETURNS policy. Please be careful with your choices. Items (particularly jewelry) with defects in manufacture may be returned for exchange/credit ONLY with prior authorization. We do not accept returns on essential oils, fragrance oils or flavor oils, due to the fact that we cannot guarantee purity once those items leave our facility.

Damage Claims
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order.
